How I Made My First Million!

Of all milestones, making my first million remains my favourite. You know why? I suffered! It took me FOUR whopping years to join the 7-Figure Geng and here's how it all happened:

It Took Four Years!

Yes, you read that right.

It took me FOUR WHOLE YEARS to make my very first million Naira but guess what? I made my next million Naira the year after, and it now multiples!

For four years, I worked day and night, and as expected, I made plenty of mistakes. You know how hard starting a business can be in Nigeria, huh? You tend to make mistakes while trying to get things right.

A Blessing In Disguise

The first good news was that I became qualified to study my errors and work even smarter than I ever did.

So, the real question you want to ask is: "how did I make the next million in only one year, given the fact that it took me four whole years to make the first?"

According to Ray Dalio, one of the largest hedge fund Managers: Pain + Reflection = Progress

During the first four years, I had learnt a great deal from all the mistakes I made and took my time to evaluate and reflect on all that I did during the first four years.

I also identified my mistakes and the things I did wrongly.

All the lessons I learned while I was failing helped me to fast-track how effectively I worked in one year to make my next million.

How Does This Relate To You?

When you started trading Forex as a beginner, you probably made a lot of mistakes - you made those losses because you were just testing new waters and you weren’t sure of what to expect.

It may take you two, five, seven, or even ten years to make your first million (that’s if you haven’t made it already), but it will definitely not take you that long to make the next because you would be a lot wiser and work strategically to achieve it.

It's Worth The Pain

Anything worth profiting from has its pain, especially with business.

It’s not all fun and games trying to make money from a business as it could take some time to get things right and begin making profits.

This is the same for Forex trading.

Figure out where you made mistakes, study them and be sure to take all the lessons from those failures.

Do those things again (while applying the lessons, of course) and see what happens after!
